Churchill County put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They really took it to the Dayton Dust Devils for the full four quarters, racking up a 53-0 win. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Greenwave's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Nevada football rankings (they are ranked fifth, while the Dust Devils are ranked 45th).

Churchill County got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Matthew Bird out in front who threw for 301 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 13.1 yards per attempt.
