Basketball Recap: Lisa Academy North Triumphs

Lisa Academy North proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 28) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Riverview Raiders 54-51. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Jaguars have posted since November 15th.

Lisa Academy North's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Riverview, they moved to 6-3 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Lisa Academy North will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Central Arkansas Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Riverview will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against Pangburn at 12:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
