Recap: Logan Grizzlies vs. Preston Indians
The Logan Grizzlies lost against the Preston Indians back in January of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Logan was outmatched by Preston at home and fell 52-17. Logan has struggled against Preston recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Preston got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ellie Nelson out in front who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Brytlee Harris, who scored 10 points along with 3 steals.
Logan's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Preston, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Logan will head out on the road to face off against American Prep WV at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Preston, they will be playing at home against Shelley at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Shelley is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.
