Volleyball Recap: Vista PEAK Prep Bison vs. Smoky Hill Buffaloes
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Elizabeth, Vista PEAK Prep was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Smoky Hill Buffaloes 3-0. The Bison have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Buffaloes, too.
Vista PEAK Prep's got stronger as the match went on, holding Smoky Hill to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 25-9.
Emily Peterson paced Vista PEAK Prep's offense, picking up eight kills. Peterson got some help from Ava Eltzroth and her nine assists. Melinda Allred controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
