Soccer Game Preview: De La Salle vs. British International School of Chicago

The De La Salle Meteors will face off against British International School of Chicago at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

De La Salle took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They never let Rock Island get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. It was an even better day for Sara Murray as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, British International School of Chicago got the win against Morgan Park Academy on Wednesday by a conclusive 9-0. Considering British International School of Chicago has won four matches by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

British International School of Chicago has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those four contests. As for De La Salle, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.
