Basketball Recap: Langford Comes Up Short

Langford lost against Warner back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Langford Lions fell to the Warner Monarchs 47-41.

Langford has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Warner, they pushed their record up to 8-5 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Langford Lions challenge the Northwestern Area Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Warner has already played their next matchup (against Waubay/Summit), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
