Football Recap: Cuyahoga Falls Comes Up Short

Cuyahoga Falls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were dealt a 49-6 loss at the hands of the Revere Minutemen. While losing is never fun, the Black Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 606th, while the Minutemen are ranked 236th).

Cuyahoga Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Revere, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cuyahoga Falls will square off against Aurora at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Revere, they will welcome Tallmadge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Minutemen will be up against the Blue Devils' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32.17 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
