Soccer Recap: South Gibson Starts Season with Victory at Home

South Gibson took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They never let the Huntingdon Mustangs get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. It was an even better day for Reese Yoder as she scored four goals for her team.

Huntingdon's loss dropped their record down to 0-1-1.

South Gibson wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 7-1 win against McNairy Central on the 25th. As for Huntingdon, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-0 victory against Obion County on the 26th.
