Upton won the last time they faced Lingle-Fort Laramie and things went their way on Friday too. The Bobcats skirted past the Doggers 2-1.

Upton had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-27, 25-23, 15-9.

Despite the loss, Lingle-Fort Laramie had strong showings from Anna Frederick, who had 11 digs, and Shaylynn Wunder, who had 12 digs.

Lingle-Fort Laramie's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Upton has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Pine Bluffs on the 29th. As for Lingle-Fort Laramie, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Rock River on the 29th.
