Basketball Recap: Jacob Toomer and Brian Kapfer Secure Win for Fordham Prep

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Fordham Prep on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 70-54 win over the Monsignor McClancy Crusaders. Winning may never get old, but the Rams sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Leading Fordham Prep to victory were Brian Kapfer and Jacob Toomer. Kapfer dropped a double-double on 29 points and 11 boards, while Toomer went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc on his way to 21 points and three steals. The match was Kapfer's 14th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Herlick, who posted eight points along with seven assists and seven rebounds.
