Soccer Recap: Madison Takes a Loss

Madison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They fell 4-2 to the Carter Cowboys. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by exactly two goals.

Madison's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Carter, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-8-1.

Madison and Carter could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Madison will take on Kimball at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday down 459 places (833 vs. 374). Meanwhile, Carter (ranked 578th) will meet Conrad (ranked 287th) at 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
