Basketball Recap: Simms' Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Simms came into Friday's game having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 41-34 win over the Conrad Cowboys on Friday. The Tigers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Simms' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Conrad, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Simms will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Cascade on January 31st. Conrad has already played their next match (against Chinook), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
