Basketball Recap: Indianapolis Northwest W's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Indianapolis Northwest W had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Anderson HomeSchool SONS as they made off with a 58-35 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 65-45 back in February.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Indianapolis Northwest W to victory, but perhaps none more so than Finn Sempsrott, who posted 12 points in addition to seven assists and seven steals. Those seven steals gave Sempsrott a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Josh Bowers, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 13 boards.

Indianapolis Northwest W's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points over those games. As for Anderson HomeSchool, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-15.
