The biggest upset of the week belonged to Saucon Valley, who took down 246th ranked Palisades, 16-0. Nick Savant ran for 220 yards and caught two passes for 26 yards in the win.
Northern Lehigh was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from sixth to fourth in Colonial. Earlier in the week, the Bulldogs defeated Palmerton 31-7.
Brett Albinson put up the best numbers through the air as Bangor fell to Pen Argyl. He finished with a total of three completions for 63 yards and one touchdown.
Wilson Area's Ryan Dailey and Zack Bogoly have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Dailey has thrown for 1687 yards this season, while Bogoly, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 55 catches for 1127 yards. Philip Vass from the Slaters leads the league in rushing with 1532 yards.
The Warriors' Trey Robinson is a mere 33 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season. Robinson has rushed for 967 yards on 158 carries so far this year.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Wilson Area takes on the Crusaders. At the moment, Stephen Shiffert's team is in eighth, while Notre Dame-Green Pond is in ninth.
Southern Lehigh took down Salisbury Township 47-20 last week, the largest margin of any game.
