Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Babcock). They blew past the Southwest Florida Christian King 64-16 on Tuesday. The Trailblazers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 23 points or more this season.

Leading Babcock to victory were Makena Ferry and Marianeliz Murillo. Ferry posted 20 points and five rebounds, while Murillo had 20 points and six rebounds. Ferry is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Meikah Ferry, who put up ten points and six rebounds.

Babcock has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.4 points per game. As for Southwest Florida Christian, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Babcock will challenge North Fort Myers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. North Fort Myers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Babcock surely won't give up without a fight. As for Southwest Florida Christian, they will face off against Bonita Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
