Basketball Recap: Millville Takes a Loss

Millville lost against Our Lady of Lourdes Regional back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Millville Quakers took a 47-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders. The game marked the Quakers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Millville is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5. As for Our Lady of Lourdes Regional, their victory ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Millville will venture away from home to face off against Meadowbrook Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Millville is facing Meadowbrook Christian at the right time seeing as Meadowbrook Christian is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Our Lady of Lourdes Regional, they are taking a road trip to square off against Schuylkill Haven at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
