Softball Recap: Fleming County Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Fleming County took on George Rogers Clark on Wednesday. The Panthers lost 11-1 to the Cardinals. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Fleming County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for George Rogers Clark, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 24-12.

Coming up, Fleming County will square off against Mason County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers are facing the Royals at the right time seeing as the Royals are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for George Rogers Clark, they will take on Paul Laurence Dunbar at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
