Zoey Williams made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Those seven strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also solid in the batter's box, earning two runs and two stolen bases. She has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played.
In other batting news, Taylor Ford was a standout: she got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. Sasha Green was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
