For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Greens Farms Academy and King have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Thursday. The Dragons came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 5-1. The game marked the Dragons' most dominant victory of the season.

The team relied heavily on Ryan Miressi, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.

Greens Farms Academy's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-9. As for King, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
