Verbena and Gaylesville pushed the score to 36-24 the last time they played Gaylesville, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. The Red Devils walked away with a 14-6 victory over the Trojans. Those 14 points were actually the fewest the Red Devils have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.
