Softball Recap: Donovan Wildcats vs. St. Anne Cardinals

With a playoff win on the line, Donovan rose to the challenge on Monday. They put the hurt on the St. Anne Cardinals with a sharp 10-0 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Laylah Lou Walters was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over six innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances.
