Volleyball Recap: Plainfield North Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Plainfield North can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lockport Porters on Thursday. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Porters when the teams met back in August of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Leading Lockport to victory were Natalie Bochantin and Emma Consigny. Bochantin had 14 assists, while Consigny had eight digs.

Plainfield North now has a losing record of 15-16. As for Lockport, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 30-7.

Plainfield North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lockport, they will challenge Waubonsie Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
