Elkhart waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 9-4 win over the Jimtown Jimmies. This was payback for the Lions, who suffered a 10-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Anna Knight spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on five hits and racked up seven Ks.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Natalie Smith, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and three runs. That's the most hits she has posted over her last 13 games. Addison Reid was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
