Basketball Recap: Make It Five in a Row for St. Paul

St. Paul entered their tilt with Valor Christian on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came out on top against Valor Christian by a score of 42-35. For the Buckaroos, this counts as revenge for the 54-44 victory Valor Christian walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

St. Paul is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for Valor Christian, they dropped their record down to 3-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

St. Paul wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 56-49 loss against Mannahouse Christian Academy on the 25th.
