Lake Forest put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the St. Georges Tech Hawks as they made off with an 11-2 win. Considering the Spartans have won seven games by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Lake Forest's victory was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-0. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for St. Georges Tech, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Forest will take on Woodbridge at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Spartans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Raiders have averaged an impressive 7.4 runs per game this season. As for St. Georges Tech, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Delaware Military Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Seahawks' pitching crew has only allowed 1.4 runs per game this season, so the Hawks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
