The Vela Sabercats can now show off 15 landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 84-30 victory over Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial. The win was nothing new for Vela as they're now sitting on seven straight.
It was another big night for Janai Coleman, who dropped a double-double on 32 points and 17 rebounds. She hasn't dropped below 15 points for seven straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Gg Betancourt, who scored 21 points along with two steals.
Vela is on a roll lately: they've won 23 of their last 25 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 30-5 record this season. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial, they are on a 18-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-22.
Vela does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial also has no future games currently scheduled.
