Carroll entered their tilt with Long on Monday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Rebels with a sharp 9-2 victory. It was an even better day for Sahara Moreno as she scored three goals for her team.

Carroll used a slightly different lineup for their bout with Long. And. Leilani Faulk made the most of the opportunity, scoring a goal and one assist A few more games like that and she might be seeing even more time going forward.

Carroll's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-2-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those four matches. As for Long, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carroll will take on Eufaula at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Long, they will face off against New Brockton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
