Baseball Game Preview: Sickles Gryphons vs. Palmetto Tigers

For the second straight game, Sickles will face off against Palmetto. The Gryphons will welcome the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sickles will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Sickles is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Palmetto with a sharp 9-1 victory. Considering the Gryphons have won ten contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Jake Taylor was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched seven innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Taylor was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
