Palmetto Ridge took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 63-35 win over the Cypress Lake Panthers. The victory continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won six in a row.

Evan Adams was the offensive standout of the game as he posted 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of EJ McCray, who had nine points.

Looking ahead, Palmetto Ridge will take on Mariner at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cypress Lake, they will challenge Lely at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
