Palmetto Ridge took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Cypress Lake Panthers 63-35. The victory continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won six in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Evan Adams, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of EJ McCray, who had nine points.

Coming up, Palmetto Ridge will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Mariner at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cypress Lake, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Lely at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
