Volleyball Recap: Hemphill Comes Up Short

Hemphill was the 3-1 winner over Kirbyville when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets fell 2-0 to the Wildcats on Friday. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hemphill's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Kirbyville, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Hemphill will take on West Hardin in a tournament on Friday. As for Kirbyville, they will be taking part in a tournament against Silsbee at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
