Soccer Recap: Newcastle Wins Going Away Against Midwest City

Newcastle kept a clean sheet against Midwest City on Thursday. They were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over the Midwest City Bombers. It was an even better day for Jayce Ramanjulu as he scored three goals for his team.

The victory made it two in a row for Newcastle and bumps their season record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those two matchups. As for Midwest City, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Newcastle will welcome Oklahoma City S at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Midwest City, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College at 7:00 p.m.
