Soccer Recap: Orange County Comes Up Short

Orange County came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Charlottesville Black Knights, falling 6-0. If Orange County were looking for revenge after losing 7-3 to Charlottesville when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Orange County now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Charlottesville, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Orange County will host Eastern View at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Charlottesville, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Fluvanna County at 7:00 p.m. on April 7.
