Baseball Game Preview: Pueblo Warriors vs. Cienega Bobcats

The Pueblo Warriors will head out on the road to face off against the Cienega Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pueblo has given up an average of 10.8 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Pueblo fell victim to Desert View and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Jaguars, falling 16-0. The Warriors just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Pueblo saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julian Zepeda, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Meanwhile, Cienega lost 12-1 to Buena on Thursday. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cienega now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Pueblo, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

Pueblo suffered a grim 12-5 defeat to Cienega when the teams last played back in March of 2015. Can Pueblo avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
