Kimball waltzed into their match on Wednesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lincoln Tigers an 8-0 shutout. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six goals or more this season.

Kimball pushed their record up to 10-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those four games. As for Lincoln, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Kimball will square off against Pinkston at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Pinkston knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Kimball likes a good challenge. As for Lincoln, they will challenge Madison at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
