Baseball Recap: Redington Triumphs

While Redington's victory against Delta wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Redington skirted past Delta 7-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-6 on Friday.

The win made it two in a row for Redington and bumps their season record up to 4-5. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Delta, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Redington will host Palmer at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Delta, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Monroe Catholic at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
