Basketball Recap: Bokoshe Takes a Loss

Bokoshe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 32nd straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 72-14 loss at the hands of the Cave Springs Hornets. The defeat was just more heartbreak for the Tigers who fell 2-0 when the teams previously met back in November of 2023.

Bokoshe's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Cave Springs, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

Bokoshe will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cameron at 6:00 p.m. on January 17th. As for Cave Springs, they will head out on the road to take on Battiest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cave Springs' defense has only allowed 24.2 points per game this season, so Battiest's offense will have their work cut out for them.
