Interboro waltzed into their game on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Penncrest Lions as they made off with a 13-1 victory. Considering the Buccaneers have won five matchups by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Interboro got a massive performance out of Summer Burrell, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Burrell also launched a home run, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Mare Nagle, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

Burrell wasn't the only one making solid contact: Interboro kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in four consecutive contests.

Interboro's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Penncrest, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Interboro will challenge Penn Wood at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Penncrest, they will take on Lower Merion at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
