The Hamilton Marines's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. Their rough 57-35 defeat to JV Opponent might stick with them for a while.

Hamilton's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Andrew Merritt, who scored 13 points. Another player making a difference was Harry Richter, who scored nine points.

Hamilton's defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-5. As for JV Opponent, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
