Jordan triumphant thanks to a strong effort from David Sandy

With a playoff game on the line, the Jordan Bulldogs rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 42-30 win over the Generals. The victory was familiar territory for Jordan who now have nine in a row.

David Sandy continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 221 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. Sandy has been hot recently, having posted 100 or more rushing yards the last 11 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of De'Marion Brown, who picked up 59 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Jordan's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for George Washington Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.

Jordan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. George Washington Prep also has no future games currently scheduled.
