Soccer Recap: Frostproof Victorious

Frostproof's game back in December of 2024 was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lake Placid Dragons a 2-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Dragons back in November of 2024, they had to take a 5-2 loss.

Frostproof's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Lake Placid, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4-2 record this season.

Frostproof will host Lake Region at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Frostproof is facing Lake Region at the right time seeing as Lake Region is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Lake Placid, they will take on Sebring at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sebring is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season.
