Basketball Recap: Laconia Takes a Loss

Laconia was the 66-28 winner over Kennett when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Laconia Sachems were dealt a 62-27 loss at the hands of the Kennett Eagles on Thursday. The game marked the Sachems' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Laconia has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. Kennett's win bumped their record up to 7-10.

Coming up, Laconia will take on Kingswood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kennett, they will face off against Lebanon at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
