Basketball Recap: Maysville Comes Up Short

Maysville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They took a blow against the Mill Creek Bullfrogs, falling 62-29. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 506th, while the Bullfrogs are ranked 171st).

Maysville's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Mill Creek, they pushed their record up to 17-4 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home.

Coming up, Maysville will head out on the road to face off against Wayne at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mill Creek, they will look to defend their home court on February 14th against Coleman at 6:00 p.m.
