Baseball Recap: Caledonia Comes Up Short

Caledonia managed to slip by Itawamba Agricultural the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Cavaliers came up short against the Indians on Saturday, falling 7-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Cavaliers have suffered since April 3rd.

Reid Garrett made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run.

Caledonia has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-16 record this season. As for Itawamba Agricultural, they pushed their record up to 29-9 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home.

As of now, neither Caledonia nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
