Chase and Tescott are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2020, but not for long. The Kats will venture away from home to square off against the Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Chase is headed into Monday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight games dating back to last season on Saturday. They were beaten by Ingalls 58-22.

Meanwhile, Tescott hadn't done well against Lakeside recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Trojans secured a 55-50 W over the Knights.

Chase's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tescott, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Chase was dealt a bruising 53-16 defeat at the hands of Tescott when the teams last played back in January. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Kats were down 28-6.
