On Friday, Poteet never let their opponents score. Everything went their way against the Seagoville Dragons as the Poteet Pirates made off with a 13-0 win. Winning may never get old, but Poteet sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Aaliyah De Jesus made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out ten over five innings pitched. De Jesus was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last three games she's played.

In other batting news, Siara Figueroa was a standout: she scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Alyssa Garcia was another key contributor, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3.
