Volleyball Recap: Pittsfield Generals vs. Lenox Memorial Millionaires
After flying high against Drury on Monday, Pittsfield came back down to earth. The Generals came up short against the Lenox Memorial Millionaires on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Generals have struggled against the Millionaires recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.
The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-7, 25-11.
Shyanne Mungin paced Pittsfield's offense, picking up two kills. Mungin got some help from Kayla Crupi and her four assists.
Grace Julieano was nothing short of spectacular for Lenox Memorial: she had nine aces and eight assists. Those nine aces gave Julieano a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Emily Barenski, who had six aces and one assist.
