Softball Recap: Bell County Comes Up Short

Bell County lost against Harlan back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bobcats lost 12-1 to the Green Dragons.

Addison Maiden made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run was her first of the season.

Bell County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Harlan, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bell County will head out to challenge Berea at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Harlan, they will take on Shelby Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
