Waterloo's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They really took it to the Deerfield Demons for the full four quarters, racking up a 36-7 win. Considering the Pirates have won four contests by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Waterloo's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Deerfield, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-7.
