Softball Recap: Magnolia Has No Trouble Against Klein Collins

On Friday, everything went the Magnolia Bulldogs's way against the Klein Collins Tigers as the Magnolia Bulldogs made off with a 10-3 win. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won four matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Magnolia and bumps their season record up to 5-7. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Klein Collins, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-14.

Coming up, Magnolia will venture away from home to take on Tomball at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Tomball will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Magnolia surely won't give up without a fight. As for Klein Collins, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Klein Cain at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
